Delivery within Australia is free for orders over AUD$100. Orders under AUD$100 will incur a AUD$9.95 shipping fee.

Delivery is via Australia Post and is typically 1-4 working days. Regional areas outside of metro areas, Western Australia and more remote regions may take longer.

Registered Post International unfortunately does not offer tracking capabilities at this time.

Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours. If you provide a work address, please include full details including business and receivers name. All parcels will require a signature upon delivery. If there is nobody available to sign for the parcel, please check your country’s local post guide for information on how to collect your item.

Customs and Duty Charges

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.



Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if you change your mind about an item purchased on the online store, we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it’s returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.

If you have purchased swimwear, please make sure that it is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it is obvious that this has not been done.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 31 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed in the method by which original payment was made, within 5 business days.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, are unable to refund such duty or taxes.


Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days of us receiving your package in accordance with our Returns Policy. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. We are more than happy to exchange for another size, colour or item, subject to availability. Exchanges can take up to 5 business days to process. Should you wish to receive the replacement item sooner, send back the unwanted item for a refund and place an order immediately for the new item.


Exchange for an item of the same value

Should the item you wish to exchange be of the same value as the original item, please mail back the unwanted item and we will post out an exchange free of charge.


Exchange for an item of a different value

Any difference due will be charged or refunded to the card used to pay for the original order. Should we need to charge an additional amount, a customer service representative will contact you to take the additional payment over the phone.



We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
